Build Quality
There are a lot of contractors that can put together some wood with glue, nails and screws, but is it square? Does it look good? is it prepped and finished nicely? and is it acceptable? All elements of a build that typically fall short of being good, but here at SH Home Services, our three year guarantee of our work pushes us to provide nothing but high level workmanship.
HERO GUARANTEE
The Hero Way is a standard we have developed that aligns our Project Manager with our hero level crew to successfully deliver the experience we strive for every day with processes and standards that deliver consistently high quality workmanship.
Site Hero Home Services LLC warrants the painting of interior and exterior painted surfaces for a period of three (3) years, per the specific contracted scope of work, and will repair newly painted areas if peeling, blistering, flaking, or coating separation occurs. This warranty is limited to workmanship. Both our interior and exterior paint warranties cover painting defects, but they do not cover areas of fading and/or damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, weather, or accidental damaging occurrences.
Note: Severe paint blistering and separation of caulk from wood cupping due to intense and/or direct heat are not issues of workmanship and are not covered under the warranty.
If a defect in workmanship appears within three years from the date of project completion and is reported to Site Hero Home Services. Site Hero Home Services will inspect the affected areas and perform the necessary repairs.
