Your Project Manager is Assigned
White glove service at its finest around here! You will be assigned a project manager during the estimation phase that will be your ride or die until your project is completed!

Initial Call + Site Visit
Your Project Manager will setup a call to discuss your project and will schedule a site visit to complete the estimation process. Site visit will enable your PM to get accurate measurements and a look at the state of the surfaces to be refinished.

Prep for the Big Day!
Your Project Manager has now provided you with a complete proposal that will give you a deep look at the prep and production pieces of the project to assure expectations are clear. If all looks good, you can accept via the Hero Customer app to schedule your job!
HERO GUARANTEE
The Hero Way is a standard we have developed that aligns our Project Manager with our hero level crew to successfully deliver the experience we strive for every day with processes and standards that deliver consistently high quality workmanship.
Site Hero Home Services LLC warrants the painting of interior and exterior painted surfaces for a period of three (3) years, per the specific contracted scope of work, and will repair newly painted areas if peeling, blistering, flaking, or coating separation occurs. This warranty is limited to workmanship. Both our interior and exterior paint warranties cover painting defects, but they do not cover areas of fading and/or damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, weather, or accidental damaging occurrences.
Note: Severe paint blistering and separation of caulk from wood cupping due to intense and/or direct heat are not issues of workmanship and are not covered under the warranty.
If a defect in workmanship appears within three years from the date of project completion and is reported to Site Hero Home Services. Site Hero Home Services will inspect the affected areas and perform the necessary repairs.

We can have the best team of professional painters, but without the use of quality products from our vendors; Sherman Williams, Renner and Benjamin Moore, our Superhero painters+finishers work will not meet our standards. We pride ourselves on using these quality products with industry leading equipment that keeps our crews going seamlessly day to day providing finishes only heroes can provide.
